The Qlic team has not only met but exceeded many of our set targets this year, further solidifying our commitment to excellence. In addition, we’ve had the privilege to collaborate with numerous new businesses and charities, expanding our reach and impact.
We have been more active than ever in industry events, both attending and sponsoring, enabling us to connect with our community in meaningful ways.

Engaging Events & Collaborations
2025 has been a landmark year for us, defined by growth, collaboration, and continued investment in our community. We proudly attended 15 events across the sector, strengthening relationships and deepening our understanding of the challenges and innovations shaping our work.
This year also saw our biggest and best Charity IT Day to date, bringing together an incredible mix of charity professionals and tech partners for a day of learning and connection.
We enjoyed hosting our Partner Social, a valuable opportunity to celebrate shared achievements and nurture the partnerships that help drive our mission forward.
And with the exciting launch of our Brunch Bites series, now six webinars strong we’ve created a fresh space for practical insights, knowledge sharing, and accessible learning for organisations across the sector.
Exciting New Partnerships
This year, we’re delighted to welcome several new partners to our growing network: Truebird AI, Prompt AI, Charity Collective, Pragmatiq, Nimans, and Intermedia.
Our collaborations with Truebird AI and Prompt AI open exciting opportunities to advance our AI capabilities, helping us deliver smarter, more efficient digital solutions for the organisations we support. Our new partnership with Charity Collective strengthens our ties within the non-profit sector, enabling deeper collaboration and shared learning across the community. We’re equally pleased to join forces with Pragmatiq, bringing enhanced CRM and digital transformation expertise into our service offering. Additionally, our partnerships with Nimans and Intermedia expand our ability to provide robust communication and cloud solutions. Together, these partnerships represent a significant step forward in our mission to empower organisations through technology.
Making a Difference
This year, our team took on four incredible charity challenges, each reflecting our passion for giving back and supporting meaningful causes. Alex stepped into the ring for a boxing match, raising vital funds for Cancer Research, while Jack and Dan laced up their running shoes to complete a 10K in support of Welcare.
Adam pushed himself through a half marathon for Save the Rhino, championing wildlife conservation, and Matt committed to Movember’s Move Challenge, running 5K every single day throughout the month to raise awareness for men’s health.
Together, these inspiring efforts helped Qlic raise £2,000 for charity, showcasing the dedication and generosity at the heart of our team.
Welcoming New Team Members
We’re delighted to have welcomed three new team members to Qlic this year!
David Jacques has joined our Service Desk team as our newest Service Desk Technician, strengthening our technical support capabilities and ensuring clients continue to receive prompt, high-quality assistance. We’re also excited to have Nellie Goodchild on board as our new Sales Assistant, bringing fresh energy to our business development efforts and helping us support even more organisations across the sector.
Rounding out our new starters, Brad Musson has joined us as our Media Coordinator, enhancing our content creation and helping us share Qlic’s story in more creative and engaging ways.
Each of them has already made a fantastic impact, and we’re thrilled to see them grow and thrive as part of the Qlic team!
An Exciting Second Office
This year marked an exciting milestone for Qlic as we officially opened our second office, a move that reflects our continued growth and ambition. The new space has allowed us to expand our team, enhance cross-department collaboration, and create an environment where innovation and teamwork can thrive. With more room to connect, share ideas, and support one another, our new office is already strengthening the way we work and helping us deliver even greater value to the organisations we serve.
Memorable Milestones
Reflecting on 2025, we’re proud to celebrate several standout achievements that have made this year truly exceptional. One major milestone was the launch of our new telephony services, expanding our ability to support organisations with reliable, modern communication solutions. We also officially gained B Corp status, a significant achievement that recognises our commitment to social and environmental responsibility. This year, we were thrilled to receive over 530 five-star client feedback submissions, a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
In addition, our Managing Director reached an exciting personal milestone, featuring in his first podcast and radio interview, helping to share Qlic’s mission with an even wider audience. We also introduced several new services, including Mobile Device Management, Yealink video conferencing solutions, and our enhanced Platinum service offering, designed to deliver an even higher level of support to our clients. These moments reflect a year of growth, innovation, and impactful progress for Qlic.

- User Support: Extended our support to a total of 1500 users, ensuring smooth navigation of their IT environments.
- Charity Contributions: Raised over £2,000 for various charities, underscoring our commitment to community involvement and social responsibility.
