Ongoing Project Queries

The Projects Team delivers planned IT work such as migrations, upgrades, installations, security improvements, and new system implementations. Projects are separate from day‑to‑day IT support and are managed with a defined scope, timeline, and dedicated project lead outside of your support contract.

Support covers reactive, day‑to‑day issues such as faults, access problems, or user queries. Projects are proactive pieces of work that require planning, coordination, and often change to your existing IT setup.
