Our Microsoft 365 Extended Backup ensures that you can access, control and most importantly protect your charity’s data stored in the cloud. Extended back up offers an all-encompassing backup, restore and export solution that covers Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
This extended backup is available for up to one year and our schedule for the backups kept includes saving a ‘snapshot’ of your information each time it backs up your data. These snapshots contain the information needed to restore your data to the exact state it was in at the time of the snapshot.
Backups include daily snapshots of each user's data, allowing you to browse through a user’s account at a specific point in time, or avoid data loss from ransomware by restoring entire accounts to a designated point in time before an attack occurred.
Extended Backup service takes 3 daily backups and retains them for 30 days.
After 30 days, the system saves one of those three daily backups per user.
After 90 days, the system saves one weekly backup per user, up to a maximum of One Year.
We are provided with notifications at a glance, right on the dashboard, about all backup information.
