GDPR is a legal framework with guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information in the EU. It affects all organisations that hold personal data on EU citizens, regardless of where the organisation is based in the world.
WHAT IS THE GDPR?
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new law that strengthens privacy for EU citizens.
WHO DOES THE GDPR AFFECT?
All organisations that hold personally identifiable data on EU citizens. Even organisations based outside of the EU must comply.
WHEN DOES GDPR START?
The regulation was put into effect on May 25, 2018. The GDPR will levy harsh fines against those who violate privacy and security standards.
GDPR Staff Awareness
A key component of any organisation’s GDPR compliance framework is staff awareness and education. With significant fines for non-compliance from May 2018, it is essential that your staff have an understanding of the compliance requirements under the new regulation.
The course is suitable for all employees whose job involves processing and storing personal data. It is also suitable for non-technical staff. The training will be available in the form of e-learning and is a quick, affordable and effective means of delivering training to multiple learners.
The duration of the GDPR test is a total of 30 minutes.
It consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. You will also have the opportunity to retake the test.
A certificate is issued to all staff who pass the test.
