Embrace Middle East is a UK-based charity dedicated to improving lives across the Middle East through healthcare, education, and community development initiatives. The organisation partners with local agencies to deliver sustainable projects that empower vulnerable communities and promote long-term wellbeing.
Embrace Middle East needed to strengthen its IT security posture and ensure compliance across all managed devices. The existing Microsoft Intune policies required a thorough review to identify gaps and inefficiencies. The organisation aimed to implement Qlic’s recommended Intune policies to standardise device management and improve Microsoft Secure Score. A key requirement was configuring Conditional Access policies to allow global access where needed while excluding specific countries, balancing operational flexibility with robust security controls.
We began with a comprehensive audit of Embrace Middle East’s current Intune configuration, identifying areas for improvement. Qlic’s standardised Intune policies were deployed to enforce consistent compliance and streamline device management. Secure Score enhancements were prioritised through advanced security measures, including multi-factor authentication and device compliance checks. Conditional Access policies were tailored to meet the organisation’s unique requirement, granting global access while excluding designated countries to mitigate risk. Throughout the process, we maintained clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring all changes aligned with operational needs and compliance standards. The deployment was completed with minimal disruption, supported by rigorous testing and detailed documentation to ensure sustainability and scalability.
